Trent has built WDC Commercial from the ground up into a operation of 40 full-time tradespeople, delivering over $45million in completed commercial carpentry projects across residential, hospitality, and education sectors. His hands-on background in both project management and estimating gives him a ground-level understanding of what quality delivery actually looks like — and the commercial discipline to build a business around it. Trent's focus is simple: grow a company that Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders trust to perform, every time.

Trent heads up all new business and oversees operations and development across WDC Commercial.

Dan brings a proven record of delivering large-scale, high-density projects across the Tier 1 and Tier 2 carpentry space. Prior to WDC Commercial, Dan led delivery on some of the industry's most demanding programs — including Richmond Quarter with Hacer (370 apartments), West Side Place Towers 1 & 2 with Pro Build (1,500 apartments), and Carlton Student Accommodation with Watpac (600 beds) — representing over $22 million in combined project value. That experience is what he brings to every WDC project today.

Dan’s current role allows him to be a direct point of contact for clients, project teams and our own onsite management teams. Dan sets and drives the standard of delivery and efficency we are know for across all of our carpentry packages.

Alexander brings extensive experience in financial management across the construction and commercial services sectors. With a background spanning project cost control, contract administration, and business reporting, she ensures WDC Commercial operates with financial clarity at every stage.
